About order of registration of the preliminary information about the goods assumed to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 8 of Article 11 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Determine that registration of the preliminary information about the goods assumed to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union), is performed in the following procedure:

a) registration of the preliminary information is performed by customs authority of state member of the Union (further - customs authority) by means of information system of customs authority without participation of officials of customs authority in case of lack of the bases for refusal, stipulated in Item the 10th Article 11 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Code);

b) if the preliminary information contains number of the customs declaration assigned by information system of customs authority in case of preliminary customs declaring, check of the scope of information, specified in the preliminary information, is performed taking into account the data containing in such declaration;

c) the preliminary information is registered by assignment of registration number by it;

d) date and time of assignment of the preliminary information of registration number, date and time of refusal in registration of the preliminary information are fixed by information system of customs authority;

e) registration number of the preliminary information is created according to the following scheme:
