According to the Laws of Ukraine "About power industry", "About the combined production of heat and electrical energy (cogeneration) and use of waste power potential", "About natural monopolies", "About protection of the economic competition", the Regulations on the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 21.04.98 of N 335, the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Conditions and rules (licensed conditions) of implementation of economic activity on the combined production of heat and electrical energy (are attached).
2. To provide to management of licensing submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
