About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2001 No. 332 and of October 11, 2016 No. 710

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2001 No. 332 "About limiting expense amounts on acquisition of cars, furniture, other equipment, mobile phones, computers by state bodies, and also the organizations and the organizations containing at the expense of the government budget" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 14, Art. 615; 2002, No. 52, Art. 2394; 2006, No. 21, Art. 1553; 2016, No. 16, Art. 637; 2017, No. 67, the Art. 2008) and of October 11, 2016 No. 710 "About effective use of public funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, the Art. 2739, No. 101, Art. 3295; 2017, No. 38, Art. 1204, No. 41, Art. 1290, No. 53, Art. 1607; 2018, No. 10, the Art. 357) - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2018 No. 222 and 233, changes which are applied.
2. Determine that when implementing expenses at the expense of the means provided in the government budget according to the "Development of Sport among Persons with Disability and Their Sports Rehabilitation" program the limiting expense amounts approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2001 No. 332 "About limiting expense amounts on acquisition of cars, furniture of other equipment, mobile phones, computers by state bodies, and also organizations and the organizations which contain at the expense of the government budget" are not applied.
