paragraphs two and third to state in the following edition:
"Six units - in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkiv regional public administrations, and also in the Kiev city public administration, including the first deputy chairman;
five units - in regional and Sevastopol city public administrations, including the first deputy chairman;";
in paragraph four to replace the word of "two" with the word of "three".
