1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in Rules of provision of subsidies for compensation of part of rate of remuneration on the mortgage housing loans issued by banks of the second level to the population, through subjects of the quasi-public sector, approved by the specified order:

3) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) primary housing - object of the residential real estate (the apartment in the constructed object, the individual apartment house) on which the property right is registered for the first time in case of its acquisition from the builder (customer) or other legal entities realizing housing from the builder (customer);";

"6. Subsidizing is performed only on the mortgage housing loans issued by BVU at the rate of remuneration, no more than 16% per annum.

7. Subsidies are compensated to 6% per annum from remuneration rate on mortgage housing loans on acquisition of housing, to 7% per annum - on mortgage housing loans in case of acquisition of housing within pilot project according to subsection of the "Development of Individual Housing Construction."
