About modification of requirements to anti-terrorist security of subjects to water supply and water disposal

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the requirements to anti-terrorist security of subjects to water supply and water disposal approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2016 No. 1467 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of subjects to water supply and water disposal, form of the material safety data sheet of subject to water supply and water disposal and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 2, the Art. 335).

Changes which are made to requirements to anti-terrorist security of subjects to water supply and water disposal

1. In Item 3:

a) in paragraph one of the word "following subjects to water supply and water disposal" to exclude;

b) add with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) the important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications which are subject to protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation regarding their equipment technical means of protection, and also control of operation of the specified technical means of protection.".

2. In the subitem "an" of Item 30 of the word "law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words "territorial authorities of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation".

3. In the subitem "g" of Item 53 of the word "Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" to exclude.
