1. The rules of determination and disclosure of the price of share containing in the agreement based on which the admission of investment shares of exchange fund to the organized biddings is performed shall provide following provisions.
1.1. Procedure for determination of the price of share as the difference relation between the cost of all assets constituting exchange fund (further - assets), and the size of all obligations which are subject to execution at the expense of the specified assets (further - obligations), to quantity of the issued shares of exchange fund expected the moment of determination of the price of share.
