"The bond - the issued security affirming the right of its owner to obtaining if other is not provided by this Federal Law, in time, provided in it, from bond issuing institution of its nominal value or other property equivalent. The bond in case of observance of the conditions established by this Federal Law can not provide the right of its owner to receipt of nominal value of the bond depending on approach of one or several circumstances specified in it.
