About introduction of amendments to article 83 of the Federal law "Charter of Rail Transport of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 83 of the Federal Law of January 10, 2003 No. 18-FZ "The charter of rail transport of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 2, the Art. 170) the following changes:

In the presence of the rate established by carrier providing condition about non receipt back of fare in case of return of the unused travel document (ticket) according to provisions of part three of this Article, person acquiring the travel document (ticket) in the long distance train independently determines on what of the rates offered it such travel document (ticket) will be processed.";
