The supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation has the right to establish requirements to formats of the statements and other documents provided in the form of the electronic documents necessary for provision of the state services provided by executive bodies of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, the municipal services provided by local government bodies in the territory of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation, and also the state services provided by local government bodies in the territory of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation when implementing of the separate state powers delegated by the Federal Laws and the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation if such requirements are not established according to part 2 of this Article.
