About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with review of tariff policy of the National Bank of Ukraine on the services provided in separate fields of activity of the National Bank of Ukraine for the purpose of assistance to accomplishment of obligations of Ukraine according to international treaties and on servicing and repayment of the public external debt of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. The paragraph of the seventh of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333 "About approval of rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 784/8105 (with changes), to state in the following edition:

"Rates for the services provided by certification center of the National Bank of Ukraine and the accredited center of certification of keys of the National Bank of Ukraine which are applied".

2. Approve changes in:

1) Rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in electronic payment system and in the field of settlement and cash servicing, the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 784/8105 (with changes) (further - Changes in Rates for settlement and cash servicing) which are applied;
