About modification and amendments in appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 786 of October 4, 2017.

In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 786 of October 4, 2017. "About acquisition of nationality by means of investments" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 356-359, 892) to make the following changes and additions:

Item 1 to add 1) with the subitem 5) of the following content:

"5) the purposes and conditions of award of the agreement on provision of the state services in development, implementation and the international promotion of the Program of acquisition of nationality by means of investments for the Government of the Republic of Moldova (further - the Program), and also general requirements to the choice of the company providing the state services according to appendix to this Provision";

To add 2) with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. Check of economic and financial reputation and assessment of threat to public order and safety of the state from the foreign citizen and the stateless person are performed by the international company which is selected and appointed by the Commission based on this order of the Government and in the conditions established by the regulations approved by the Commission.";
