The traffic regulations of the Russian Federation approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1993 No. 1090 "About traffic regulations" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 47, Art. 4531; Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 11, Art. 1029; 2003, No. 40, Art. 3891; 2005, No. 52, Art. 5733; 2008, No. 17, Art. 1882; 2011, No. 42, Art. 5922; 2012, No. 1, Art. 154; 2013, No. 24, Art. 2999; 2016, No. 31, Art. 5029; No. 38, of the Art. 5553) to add with Item 2.3.4 of the following content:
"2.3.4. In case of forced stop of the vehicle or the road accident out of settlements in night-time or in the conditions of limited visibility in case of stay on the carriageway or roadside to be dressed in jacket, vest or vest cape with strips of retroreflective material, conforming to requirements of state standard specification 12.4.281-2014.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after 90 days from the date of its official publication.
