About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning provision to local government bodies of powers to set beer sale restrictions (except nonalcoholic), alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, wines of dining rooms

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph one of part two of article 156 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, Appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with the words "or trade in beer (except nonalcoholic), alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, wines table in the time of day prohibited by the decision of relevant organ of local self-government".

2. Article 15-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 46, Art. 345 with subsequent changes) to add with part nine of the following content:

"Village, settlement and city councils within the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit can establish beer sale prohibition (except nonalcoholic), alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, wines of dining rooms subjects of managing (except institutions of restaurant economy) in the time of day determined by the decision of such bodies".

3. "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170 with subsequent changes) to add part one of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine with Item 44-1 - the following content:

"44-1) establishment of prohibition of sale of beer (except nonalcoholic), alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, wines of dining rooms subjects of managing (except institutions of restaurant economy) in certain time of day within the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit".

II. Final provisions
