About modification of the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data on implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents of the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 10 parts two of Article 7:

1. Bring in appendix 4 to the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data on implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 at No. 1738/22050 (with changes), the following changes:

1) to add appendix after the second line with two new lines of the following content:

"Minimum size of own means 4, UAH.

Size of own means 4, UAH".

With respect thereto third - the eighth to consider lines respectively in the lines heel - the tenth;

2) to add appendix with new footnote of the following content:

"4 It is specified with rounding to two signs after comma.".

2. (K. Rafalskaya) to provide to department of systematization and analysis of the financial reporting of members of the capital market, and prudential supervision submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
