Article 1. Subject of regulation of the Law

1. According to article 159 of the Constitution, this Law establishes circle, procedure for forming of bodies of system of public administration, and also governs the other relations connected with these bodies.

Article 2. Bodies of system of public administration

1. According to article 159 of the Constitution, bodies of system of public administration the ministries, and also the bodies subordinated to the Government, the Prime Minister and the ministries are.

Article 3. Ministry

1. The ministry develops and performs policy of the Government in the field of activity assigned to it.

2. The list of the ministries is established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About structure and activities of the Government".

Article 4. Organa, subordinated to the Government

1. The body subordinated to the Government provides implementation the separate direction of policy of the Government assigned to it by the law and also promotes development of policy of the Government within the direction assigned to it.

2. The following bodies are subordinated to the government:

1) Committee of the inventory;

2) Committee on regulation of nuclear safety;

3) Committee on state revenues;

4) Statistical committee;

5) Committee on town planning;

6) Inspection body of health care and work;

7) Inspection body of conservation and subsoil;

8) Inspection educational body;

9) Inspection control facility of the market;

10) Inspection security service of foodstuff;

11) Inspection body of town planning, technical and fire safety.
