About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2012 No. 903

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2012 No. 903 "Some questions of National bureau on investigation of aviation incidents and incidents with civil aircrafts" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 75, Art. 3030; 2014, No. 77, the Art. 2196) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2018 No. 281
1. In paragraph six of the subitem "v" of the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the word of "the state aviation supervision inspectors" shall be replaced with words "the state experts in investigation of aviation incidents".
2. To state item 4 of the resolution in the following edition:
"4. Awarding of the director of National bureau, establishment to it allowances and surcharges to official pay rate, provision of financial support is performed according to the procedure and the sizes established by this resolution according to the decision of the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within the available funds for compensation.".
3. To state appendix to the resolution in the following edition:
