About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2010 No. 45
Based on Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About some questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction on the treatment of production wastes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2010 No. 45 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 14, 8/23212; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.10. 2012, 8/26490), following amendments and changes:
add Item 3 with part two of the following content:
"The separate legal entities and individual entrepreneurs determined by the legal acts having the right not to develop (not to approve) the instruction on the address with waste.";
to add Item 9 after the word "middle name" with words "(if that is available)";
11, 12 to state Items in the following edition:
"11. The Section "Formation of Production Wastes" of the instruction on the address with waste if other is not established by this Instruction, shall contain procedure for development of standard rates of formation of production wastes.
12. The Section "Accounting of Production Wastes" of the instruction on the address with waste shall contain:
