Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of August 9, 2011 No. 32 "About some questions of marking of goods control (identification) signs" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 105, 8/24140; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.04.2014, 8/28623; 05:03. 2016, 8/30720; 08:06. 2016, 8/30959) following changes:
to exclude from appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution of the word "L. S.";
in the Instruction about accounting treatment, storages, realization, destructions and recognitions invalid control (identification) signs, approved by this resolution:
in part one of Item 14 of the word of "the customs legislation of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union regulating customs legal relationship";
from appendix 1 to this Instruction:
exclude the words "L. S. *****";
exclude the interlinear note "*****";
to exclude from appendix 2 to this Instruction of the word "L. S.
