RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus

Based on subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Instruction about carrying out clinical testing of products of medical appointment and the medical equipment approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2008 No. 216 "About some questions of carrying out clinical testing of products of medical appointment and medical equipment" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 28, 8/20139):

to exclude from Item 105 of the word "also it is sealed medical institution";

to exclude the word "L. S." from appendix 7 to this Instruction;

1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2009 No. 41 "About requirements to the documents submitted for state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment, modification of the registration file on the products of medical appointment and medical equipment which are earlier registered in the Republic of Belarus and about recognition No. 185 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2008" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 105, 8/20806; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.06. 2015, 8/29948):

in Item 1:

to exclude from paragraph one of subitems 1.1.3-1.1.5 of the word "are under seal this organization or";
