About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2009 No. 63

For the purpose of increase in social security of the federal government civil servants passing civil service outside the territory of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2009 No. 63 "About provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 6, Art. 739; 2013, No. 13, Art. 1559; 2014, No. 14, Art. 1627).

2. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed for the account and within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to federal state bodies for the corresponding year on provision of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises by the federal government civil servant.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2009 No. 63

1. In item 4 of the word "taking into account the place of passing by the federal government civil servant of the public civil service of the Russian Federation" to exclude.

2. In the Rules of provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 26 in the following edition:

"26. Calculation of lump sum payment is perfromed by federal state body according to appendix No. 3 based on the standard rate of total area of premises and provisions of Items 23 - 25 these rules.
