About modification of Item 7 of the Method of calculation of the rent for property and proportions of its distribution

Make change to Item 7 of the Method of calculation of the rent for property and proportions of its distribution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 1995 No. 786 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 57; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 71, Art. 2677; 2013, No. 29, the Art. 1002), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"The amount of the annual rent in case of lease of musical instruments of the State collection of musical unique (stringed) instruments of Ukraine is established by agreement of the parties, but 1,2 of percent of cost of leased property by results of independent assessment for pupils and students of institutions of higher education of at least 1,8 of percent of cost of leased property by results of such assessment - for professional creative specialists suffices.".
