1. Recognize invalid subitems 22 and 42 of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and subitems 13 and 26 of Item 13 of the Standard regulations on territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the subject of the Russian Federation, approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2016 No. 699 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Standard regulations on territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the subject of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 52, the Art. 7614).

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
