About modification of the Instruction about procedure for ensuring access to public information in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

According to Item 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 5, 2011 No. 547 "Questions of ensuring with executive bodies of access to public information", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 583 "Questions of execution of the Law of Ukraine "On access to public information" in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central and local executive bodies" and for the purpose of ensuring access to public information the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decided:

1. Make changes to the Instruction about procedure for ensuring access to public information in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of July 27, 2011 No. 406-r registered on August 16, 2011 for No. 974/19712, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of August 17, 2011 No. 439-r "About approval of the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for information", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 12, 2011 for No. 1176/19914.

3. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the First Deputy Chairman of Committee - the state representative.

4. Submit to legal department this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.
