For the purpose of creation of modern innovative infrastructure and favorable conditions for mastering young scientists and students the advanced methods of scientific research and modern technologies in world practice the State company "Educational and Experimental Center of High Technologies" is created (further - the Center of high technologies).

For the expired period effective measures on strengthening of material potential and increase in efficiency of research activities of the Center of high technologies are taken. In case of it two production sites on release of sets of instruments for diagnosis and production of seedling of valuable plants are organized by method of microclonal reproduction.

At the same time the current status and the main tendencies of development in the country of innovative activities require full support of the high-technology companies of the knowledge-intensive industries of economy having the developments connected using effective innovative technologies and allowing to turn out products at the level of the international standards.

In present conditions the Center of high technologies not fully provides real requirements of modern science and production. The available shortcomings of its activities interfere with acceleration of innovative processes and implementation in production of modern scientific achievements and developments.

For the purpose of creation of conditions on activation of development of scientific and innovative activities, further ensuring broad integration of science, education and production, generation and use of new knowledge, effective use of scientific and innovative potential and scientific and laboratory base in development and deployment of the progressive innovative ideas, technologies and projects:
