"5.1. performs according to the legislation in the territory of the Republic of Belarus:

5.1.1. control of condition of objects of transport activities;

5.1.2. control of compliance with law in the field of transport activities by producers of transport works and services;

5.1.3. control of safety of transport activities, aviation safety and safety of flights;

5.1.4. automobile control;

5.1.5. control of observance by users of the paid highway of the procedure for collection of fare of vehicles established by the legislation on paid highways;".
