About modification of the Regulations on guardianship over banks
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 9, 2018 the No. UP-5296 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Activities of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on guardianship over banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 9, 1998 No. 302 (рег. No. 570 of December 19, 1998), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
