1. Rules of pricing on the goods, works, services made and realized by the subject of the state monopoly, approved by the specified order:

"9. The term of conducting examination constitutes no more than ninety calendar days from the moment of receipt to consideration of the notification or information. Aggregate term of conducting examination does not exceed hundred twenty calendar days.

9-1. During consideration of the notification or information the antimonopoly authority requests in the terms established by antimonopoly authority which cannot be less than five working days, from the subject of the state monopoly the additional data and (or) documents necessary for decision making.

9-2. For submission of additional data and (or) documents the term of consideration stops before representation by the subject of the state monopoly of the corresponding additional data and (or) documents.

9-3. The antimonopoly authority resumes consideration of the notification or information after submission of additional data and (or) documents by the subject of the state monopoly.

9-4. Calculation of term of conducting examination continues from the date of its renewal.".
