About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2004 No. 30 and of June 30, 2014 No. 637

For the purpose of acceptance of additional measures for protection of the rights and valuable interests of citizens, victims of labor accidents, and also enhancement of activities for conducting investigation and to accounting of labor accidents and occupational diseases the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of investigation and accounting of the labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2004 No. 30 "About investigation and accounting of labor accidents and occupational diseases" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 8, 5/13691; 2007, No. 18, 5/24578; 2010, No. 105, 5/31685; 2011, No. 142, 5/34918; 2012, No. 29, 5/35348; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.10. 2012, 5/36295; 17:08. 2013, 5/37680; 17:04. 2014, 5/38711; 12:07. 2014, 5/39091; 05:08. 2015, 5/40880):

to exclude from subitem 2.4.3 of Item 2 of the word "and members";

in Item 3:

in paragraph one:

to replace the word of "organization" with the word "the organizations *";

add the paragraph with the interlinear note of the following content:
