"4. The documents containing the activities report of pawnshop and (or) the report on staff of governing bodies of pawnshop (further in case of joint mentioning - the reporting), together with the cover letter are represented to the Bank of Russia in electronic form, signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature, according to requirements of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 to No. 4600-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including personal account by them", No. 49605 registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2018.

5. In case of identification by pawnshop of the facts of submission to the Bank of Russia of the reporting containing incorrect and (or) irrelevant measure values for any accounting period within the last 3 years, the corrected reporting shall be directed within 10 working days following behind day of emergence of the bases for introduction of corrections. When forming the electronic document with the corrected reporting the reporting for other accounting periods does not join in it. In case of need entering of corrections into the reporting provided for several accounting periods, each corrected reporting goes to the Bank of Russia for each accounting period the separate electronic document to which the file containing list of incorrect and (or) irrelevant measure values with the description of the reasons of their reflection is attached.

If the reporting is provided in response to the received instruction or bank inquiry of Russia, in the cover letter to the reporting in addition to outgoing date information on date and number of the instruction or bank inquiry of Russia is specified.".

3. According to the procedure of creation of the reporting under form 0420890 "The activities report of pawnshop" of appendix 1:

3.1. Add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The measure value specified in the column 34 of Item 1.1 of subsection 1 of the Section II of the activities report of pawnshop shall be more or equally to the measure value specified in column 34.1 of Item 1.1.".

3.2. Add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The measure value specified in the column 36 of Item 1.2 of subsection 1 of the Section II of the activities report of pawnshop shall be more or equally to the measure value specified in column 36.1 of Item 1.2.".

3.3. To add paragraph two of Item 9 with the offer of the following content: "The specified money does not join in cash amount, received from borrowers of pawnshop and reflected in columns 37 and 38.".

3.4. Add Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The measure value specified in the column 41 of Item 1.4 of subsection 1 of the Section II of the activities report of pawnshop shall be more or equally to the amount of the measure values specified in columns 41.1 and 41.2 of Item 1.4.".

3.5. Add Item 12 with paragraphs of the following content:

"When filling indicators of Item 2.1 of subsection 2 of the Section II of the activities report of pawnshop equalities and ratios of the following measure values shall be observed:

the value specified in the column 49, shall be equal to the amount of the values specified in columns 47 and 48;

the value specified in the column 54, shall be equal to the amount of the values specified in columns 52 and 53;

the value specified in the column 47, shall be more or equally to the value specified in column 52;

the value specified in the column 48, shall be more or equally to the value specified in column 53;

the value specified in the column 49, shall be more or equally to the value specified in column 54;

the value specified in the column 50, shall be more or equally to the value specified in column 55;

the value specified in the column 51, shall be more or equally to the value specified in column 56.".

3.6. Add Item 17 with paragraphs of the following content:

"When filling data of the Section III of the activities report of pawnshop the following conditions shall be complied:

if in one of columns of line 1 the measure value other than zero is specified, then and in other graphs of line 1 the measure values other than zero shall be specified;

if in one of columns of line 2 the measure value other than zero is specified, then and in other graphs of line 2 the measure values other than zero shall be specified.

For the purposes of accounting in line 1 data on the consumer loans provided with pledge of the following property are specified:

cars;

vehicles for transportation of 10 and more people, including buses and trolleybuses;

cargo vehicles;

vehicles of special purpose, including truck cranes, ATVs, bulk cement transport vehicles and over-snow vehicles;

trail cars and semitrailer trucks;

motorcycles, including motor scooters, mopeds, scooters and carriages motorcycle;

the vessels which are not subject to state registration (the air and water vehicles which are not belonging to real estate category);

bicycles and wheelchairs.

The consumer loans provided with pledge of the property which is not part specified in paragraphs the thirteenth - the twentieth this Item, are subject to accounting in line 2.".

3.7. Add Item 18 with paragraphs of the following content:

"When filling data of the Section IV of the activities report of pawnshop equalities and ratios of the following measure values shall be observed:

the value specified in line 1, shall be equal to the amount of the values specified in lines 1.1, 1. 2, 1. 3, 1. 4, 1.5 and 1.6;

the value specified in line 2, shall be equal to the amount of the values specified in lines 2.1 - 2.5;

the value specified in line 3, shall be equal to the amount of the values specified in lines 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3;

the value specified in line 1.5, shall be more or equally to the amount of the values specified in lines 1.5.1 and 1.5.2;

the value specified in line 3.1, shall be more or equally to the value specified in line 3.1.1.".

3.8. Add Item 19 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The balance in cash for the beginning of the last quarter of the accounting period specified in column 2 in the lines "Cash", "Settlement accounts" shall be equal to the balance in cash for the end of the last quarter of the accounting period specified in the column 5, increased by disposal and reduced by cash receipt for the last quarter of the accounting period, specified in column 4 and 3, respectively.".
