About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for functioning of single state system of registration and accounting of offenses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22725; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.12.2013, 5/38164), following amendments and changes:

1.1. the paragraph the fourth Item 19 after words of "administrative punishment" to add with words ", increases in the size of penalty according to part 6 of article 6.5 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses (further - the Code of Administrative Offences)";

1.2. in Item 25 part one:
