1. Approve the Provision "About Rules of Placement and Exploitation of Advertising Mediums and Information in the territory of the City of Baku" it (is applied) and in this regard to consider invalid the order of IVGB of July 22, 1996 No. 986.

2. Perform application of new price rates in accordance with the terms of the agreement in the following procedure:

a) after the termination of the agreement - if other is not provided in the agreement, and when implementing complete advance payment;

b) after the termination of term of the agreement - if quarter payment is provided in the agreement;

c) since October 1, 1999 - in other cases.

3. To department of improvement and development of landscape gardening economy of the city of Baku (A. Aliyev) to determine and establish the prices of use of the electric power of advertizing constructions.

4. Give wide information on the Provision in the Baky and Baku newspapers, and also in other mass media, bring it to the attention of the private companies and firms, public institutions and organizations operating in the city of Baku.

5. The provision becomes effective from the date of signing.
