About modification of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to articles 67, of 71 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of unification of approaches to planning of inspection checks and taking into account installations of the European bank body for the organization of the single procedure and methodology of process of supervising checks and assessment (Supervisory Review and Evaluation process, SREP) the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 5 of the Section I of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine from December 28, 2017 No. 145), to state in the following edition:

"5. Scheduled inspection inspections of objects of check are performed according to the plan of inspection checks approved by Board of National Bank constituted on the basis risk - the oriented approach.".

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rozhkova K. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
