About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2006 No. 497 "About some questions of lease (sublease), hiring (subhiring) of residential and non-residential premises, parking places" the following changes:
in subitem 1.6:
part one after words "(sublease)", "(subleases)" to add respectively with words ", hiring", ", hiring";
after part one to add the subitem with part of the following content:
"Provisions of part one of this subitem do not extend to the agreements signed by the specified physical persons which subject is provision of the premises belonging to them on the property right to other physical persons, garden lodges, dachas for short-term accommodation. Such agreements can be signed in oral or written form according to the requirements established by Articles 159-162 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus.";
in subitem 1.7 of the word of "the income tax from physical persons in fixed amounts" shall be replaced with words "taxes according to the legislation".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
