I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About voluntary consolidation of territorial communities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 13, Art. 91; 2017, No. 2, Art. 26 No. 13, Art. 144; 2018, No. 2, Art. 8) following changes:

1. Paragraphs two and third Article 8-3 parts one - to state in the following edition:

"Powers of village, settlement council, its executive committee and the rural, settlement chairman of territorial community which joined the city integrated territorial community stop from the date of entry into force of the decision of village, settlement council and the decision of city council of the integrated territorial community on voluntary accession to the integrated territorial community. From the moment of the termination of powers of village, settlement council of power of city council extend to the territory of territorial community which joined the city integrated territorial community.
