1. The statistic report in form No. 11 is submitted the legal entities acting in economy industries irrespective of their pattern of ownership (joint businesses, banks, farms, except for the companies submitting the report 1-KM and also other non-profit organizations). This report is submitted also irrespective of pattern of ownership by industrial enterprises which number of workers exceeds 50 people. Industrial enterprises which number of workers less than 50 people, do not submit this report.

2. The core activity of the company (organization) is determined based on the Classification of Types of Economic Activity (CTEA). According to KVED one of the following core activities is accepted:
