Determine that operators of electronic platforms, operators of specialized electronic platforms have the right to levy payment from person with whom the contract by results of holding electronic procedure, including joint tender or auction, the closed electronic procedure is signed (further - payment).

2 thousand rubles including tax on value added if the payment is levied from small business entity or from socially oriented non-profit organization by results of carrying out open competitive method of determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 30 of the Federal Law;

5 thousand rubles excluding tax on value added if the payment is levied from the physical person who is not the individual entrepreneur and applying special tax regime "Tax on the professional income", from small business entity, except for the case provided by the paragraph the second this Item from the subject of medium business;
