According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses by the National Bank of Ukraine on use of foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine as instruments of payment, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 14, 2004 No. 483, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 9, 2004 for No. 1429/10028 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Chury A. E.
