About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2013 No. 66

1. Bring in the Regulations on supervision of rational use of fuel, electrical and heat energy, realization by users and producers of fuel and energy resources of measures for economy of these resources and respect for consumption rates of boiler and oven fuel, electrical and heat energy approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2013 No. 66 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2012 No. 332" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 5/36850), following changes and amendment:

1.1. exclude Item 2;

1.2. "effective" to add Item 3 after the word with the words "and rational";

1.3. state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Supervision bodies behind rational use of TER:

exercise supervision of rational use of TER;

pursue single state policy in the field of energy saving;

will organize information support and promotion of energy saving;

within the competence participate in development and implementation of measures for energy saving stimulation;

perform other powers according to acts of the legislation in the field of energy saving.".
