from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 - 40, but is at least 27, 6 euros for 1 m3;

from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 - 60, but is at least 36, 8 euros for 1 m3;

since January 1, 2021 - 80, but is at least 55, 2 euros for 1 m3.
