1. Recognize invalid:

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of September 11, 2000 No. 1894 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for privatization of objects of construction in progress", No. 664/4885 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 28, 2000 (with changes);

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 439 "About approval of the Procedure for sale of subjects to small privatization by the redemption, at auction (including by reduction of price, without announcement of the price), on tender with openness of the offer of the price by the principle of auction", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2012 for No. 753/21066 (with changes);

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of September 9, 2015 No. 1325 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out electronically sales of subjects to small privatization at auction, including by reduction of price", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2015 at No. 1147/27592 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of preparation and sale of subjects to privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
