About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2014 No. 271 "About approval of Rules of determination of flat fares and the marginal auction prices"

"18. For the projects having credit obligations in foreign currency, the auction prices are indexed for October 1 taking into account inflation and change of the exchange rate of national currency to convertible currencies on formula once a year:
Tt+1 – the indexed auction price calculated by the above-stated formula rounded to the whole tiyn towards reduction;
Tt – the auction price taking into account earlier carried out indexation if such indexation was carried out earlier;
IPTsT – the consumer price index which is saved up in twelve months preceding on October 1 years of carrying out indexation, determined by data of authorized body in the field of the state statistics;
USDt+1 – current rate of tenge to US dollar for the October 1 of year of carrying out indexation determined by data of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
USDt – the average rate of tenge to US dollar calculated for the period twelve months preceding date of indexation, determined by data of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
