1.1. For the purpose of application of these rules and taking into account provisions of Article 60 of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the goods delivery, vehicles and documents on them under customs control (further - delivery) is understood as transportation on road transport of goods, vehicles and documents on them from customs authority of departure in customs authority of appointment as customs control without collection of customs duties, the value added tax, excises, other taxes which collection is assigned to customs authorities, and also without application of measures of economic policy,
