Based on subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. The instruction about procedure for installation, servicing, removal of control facility of tax authorities and procedure of functions of data-processing center approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2012 No. 9 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 39, 8/25208; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.05.2015, 8/29933; 07:05. 2017, 8/32016) to be reworded as follows it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 7, 2018.
