Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 365 "Some questions of implementation of social payments to internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 47, the Art. 1702) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 365

1. According to the procedure of purpose (recovery) of social payments to internally displaced persons, approved by the specified resolution:

Item 6 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The territorial authority of the Pension fund of Ukraine no later than the next working day after receipt of the statement for purpose (recovery) of pension sends inquiry for receipt of electronic case of the receiver of pension to territorial authority of the Pension fund of Ukraine where the receiver of pension was on accounting, or in determined by the Pension fund of Ukraine and its territorial authority if the pensioner does not stay on the registry in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the territory where public authorities perform the powers. Within five working days from the date of receipt of such request the territorial authority of the Pension fund of Ukraine directs the corresponding electronic case to territorial authority of the Pension fund of Ukraine in which the application for purpose (recovery) of pension is submitted.";
