About modification of Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of recognition of person the disabled person approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2006 No. 95 "About procedure and conditions of recognition of person by the disabled person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 9, Art. 1018; 2008, No. 15, Art. 1554; 2010, No. 2, Art. 184; 2012, No. 7, Art. 870; No. 17, Art. 1992; No. 37, Art. 5002; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4836; 2016, No. 35, Art. 5320; 2018, No. 6, Art. 878).
2. Declare invalid the Item of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2012 No. 89 "About modification of Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 870).

"10. The category "handicapped child" is established for a period of 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, before achievement by the citizen of age of 14 years or 18 years.
The category "handicapped child" for a period of 5 years, before achievement of age of 14 years or 18 years is established to the citizens having the diseases, defects, irreversible morphological changes, violations of functions of bodies and systems of organism provided by Sections I and II of appendix to these rules.".
