About privatization of the companies of fuel and energy complex
For the purpose of ensuring development of economy more in high gear and increases in its efficiency by liberalization of economy, expansion of entrepreneurship and investment attraction and according to "the II State program of privatization of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic" I decide:
1. Declare open for privatization of the company and the organization of fuel and energy complex, specified in appendix to this Order.
2. To the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic:
- establish methods of privatization of the companies and organizations specified in appendix to this Order, and if necessary - restrictions on their privatization;
- provide in the procedure established by the legislation transformation of the companies and organizations specified in appendix to this Order to joint-stock companies and their privatization;
- accelerate privatization of the companies and objects entering fuel and energy complex and privatizeable the decision of the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic according to "the II state program of privatization of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic".
3. Determine what in privatization of the companies and organizations open for privatization by this Order, along with local investors is allowed participation and foreign investors.
4. Charge to heads of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic, Azerigaz and Azerenerzhi joint-stock companies the, and also companies and organizations declared open for privatization that before privatization of data of the companies or transformation them in joint-stock companies they bear the personal liability for their management and safety of property.
5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
- in a month to provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on privatization of small hydroelectric power stations;
