1. Recognize invalid:

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 3, 2000 No. 1368 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out preferential sale of shares of joint-stock companies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2000 at No. 428/4649 (with changes);

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 29, 2008 No. 878 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out additional sale of shares of joint-stock companies at par value", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 27, 2008 for No. 783/15474 (with changes).

2. Concerning planning and preferential sale of Department of preparation and sale of subjects to privatization to provide to management submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
