The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the fifth article 21-4 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324; 2015, 47, 436) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"5.
