This Provision is developed according to Provisional regulations for procedure for issue to the subjects of managing of special permissions (licenses) for implementation of separate types of activity approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 16.10.1991 of N386 (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1991, N 29, the Art. 352) in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 22.09.1992 N573 (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1992, N 26, the Art. 493), the List of types of activity on which implementation special permission (license), and the bodies issuing these permissions (licenses), the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 21.08.1995 of N456 (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1995, N 24, is required to the Art. 591), with the additions made by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 02.11.1998 of N1684.
